Here are the rates

An appearance in Westchester Supreme will be $150.00.  This will be for a Preliminary Conference, a Compliance Conference, a Settlement Conference (less than 2 hours), or a motion.  An appearance in Westchester local courts will be $150.00.

An appearance in the Bronx Supreme will be $150.00.  This will be for a 9:30 AM or 2:00 PM Preliminary Conference, a Compliance Conference,  or a Pre-Trial Settlement Conference.  Appearances in the Standards & Goals Part will start at $150.00.  An hourly rate will be calculated past 11:00 AM. at the rate of $100/hour.
